Hi There, I just had the best experience EVER with Lucy. She helped me purchase a couple sets for my upcoming honeymoon and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I’ve never purchased lingerie before and was extremely nervous after being into a couple other “SEXYYY” stores and had been really put off. Lucy made me feel like I was in safe hands and really beautiful. I hope she gets some recognition for being so awesome. Will definitely be coming back and telling my friends because she made my experience so lovely and memorable.

Whoever you had working in your Chapel street store at about 5:45pm last night was INCREDIBLE!!! I saw the Dolce set in the window and thought it would be perfect for my wedding lingerie next month. I went in to ask about the set and mentioned that it’s for my wedding night, and the girl was so kind and personable. She showed me everything that she thought would be perfect for bridal, and if my sizes were available I would have bought it off her on the spot. Because my sizes weren’t available, I ran home and bought them online thanks to the incredible service I received. My fiancé and I shop on Chapel street a fair bit as we live in Prahran, and we’re constantly disappointed with the lack of service we get, but your staff member was so warm and kind and made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. I’ll be telling all my girlfriends about how amazing the service was, as well as how beautiful the product is and how affordable compared to others on the market. Hi there! I'm a fairly recent Kisskill convert- I've bought a few things online and in store over the last couple of months. I've been super impressed with how quick and easy it is to order online, and the items I've bought are really lovely and comfortable. I also wanted to make a point of saying that I've been served by a number of different people in the Chapel St store, and they have all been fantastic, very friendly and incredibly helpful. I'm not very confident when it comes to underwear shopping, but the staff make it a really positive and comfortable experience. I've been fitted, given recommendations, and most recently the girls were very helpful when I had to exchange a bra due to an underwire issue. I'm really not one for sending feedback emails, but Kisskill is absolutely nailing it. ______________________________________________________________________________________________

I just wanted to say I absolutely love love love your products. I bought the blue sleepshirt from revolve.com and it was amazingly stylish and so comfortable. I went directly to the website and bought another one I loved it so much and several more pairs of pjs and a slip and a really pretty short robe. Hello, I want to give a big shout out to your staff member, Pauline, who had been so patient and so helpful during some challenges when trying to process my online order whilst in your South Yarra store just now. Pauline was so lovely and an absolute delight to deal with and really helped me with the items I have purchased of which some items I was originally unsure about. Pauline took extra time to fit me correctly into the Black Widow harness and helped me with other pieces that had she not taken such care with her recommendations and encouragement, I would have likely not purchased those extra items. Pauline stayed behind almost 1.5 hrs to ensure I could walk away with my goods tonight... even though she had plans and friends waiting for her! What a superstar employee you've got! Outstanding service. And any other staff I have dealt with in both your stores recently have all been super friendly and helpful. Keep doing what your doing.
