Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must also be shipped back to us within this 14-day period.
We offer refunds on full-priced items returned in new condition with tags attached.
To request a return, please email kissandtell@kisskill.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Sale items purchased during promotional periods are eligible for exchange only.
- Items that have been altered, embroidered, worn, damaged, or returned outside the specified timeframe are not eligible for a refund.
- Accessories, including stockings and pasties, can only be returned if unopened and in their original packaging.
- Worn items will only be accepted if deemed faulty and must be returned washed.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
Exchange requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order. Items being exchanged must also be shipped back to us within this 14-day period.
To request an exchange, please email kissandtell@kisskill.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your exchange request has been approved, items must be returned in new condition with tags attached.
Please note:
- Underwear must be tried on over other underwear and cannot be exchanged if worn directly against the skin.
- Exchange requests or returns received outside the 14-day timeframe may not be accepted.
We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning your item.
