All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Any applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout.
DELIVERY & LIABILITY
Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post and courier services are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
KissKill is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
KissKill is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
