Domestic Orders:

Please note: All online orders must be made by 3pm for same day dispatchment. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at

For shipping within Australia we use the Australia Post service. Upon payment, you can select express ($12.95) or standard postage ($9.95). Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel at

For peace of mind, all deliveries will require signature on delivery. 

International Shipping:

KISSKILL offers worldwide shipping. 

KISSKILL uses DHL eCommerce for all regular international deliveries and DHL express for express international postage. DHL will assign your delivery to your domestic postal service upon arrival in your country. 

KISSKILL is able to send to PO Boxes only in the following locations:

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped and are on their way to you.


Australian Orders will be supplied with a tracking number that you will receive on your shipping confirmation email. KISSKILL are not able to track your order for you once it is dispatched any queries after dispatch should be made to the postal service.


All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST (10% Goods & Services Tax) of which the taxed component will be identified on your purchase invoice.



We offer customers the opportunity to return all full priced items for a refund of the purchase price. Free returns are available for all online orders. 

If you are not happy with the fit of your purchase & would like to exchange please email to ensure we have your required size in stock. Once the item is received back we will re send your new item the same day. Exchanges must be received within 14 days.

Underwear must be tried on over underwear and will not be accepted for exchange if they have been worn without. Refund on worn underwear will only be accepted if the item is faulty & must be returned washed.

If you would like a refund on any full priced item please email and return the item in new condition with tags attached for a full refund. Returns must be received within 14 days.

Please note we cannot offer returns or refunds on sale items, items that have been altered or embroidered or if returns are requested out of the specified time frames.

A refund to the full value of your item(s) at purchased time will be credited to your nominated PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made.

Return Instructions

Domestic orders:

1. We have recently partnered with ParcelPoint to offer you more convenience. Visit to start your return.

 2. Click ‘Book a Return’ and fill in the fields. You will need your original order ID to book in your return. Make sure you use the complete order ID, e.g. 6143. You can find this number on your order or shipping confirmation email and also your invoice.

Select from hundreds of local stores such as pharmacies, convenience stores and newsagencies to drop off your parcel. The ParcelPoint locations are open weekends and after hours for your convenience.

3. Download and print your shipping label. Apply to your package once you have securely packed your items.

4. Drop off your parcel to any store offering ParcelPoint Returns.


  •  ParcelPoint: go to and use the ‘ParcelPoint ID’ to track your return. You find your ParcelPoint ID on your ParcelPoint returns slip.

Please note this is a free service which includes tracking unless your item is in the sale in which case you will be charged for return postage.
