Let's Talk... Butt Stuff! PART 2

by Customer Service 09 Jul 2024 0 Comments

Ok so you’ve unlocked your back door! Good for you! Here are all our tips and tricks to make your play as enjoyable as possible.

How to start

You’re relaxed. You’re ready. Your rear is revealed in our Tatiana spanking skirt.

In Part 1, we spoke about the importance of going slooow - here are some ideas for what that really means.

Face down, ass up.

Fingering

If you’re entirely new to anal lovin’, something that often gets overlooked is even getting used to being touched on/in/around your bootyhole. We love Happie Holl’s After Anal Cooling Cream for those brand-spanking-new to anal play (don’t let the name fool you: it’s great pre-anal, too).

The gentle cooling and tingling sensation of this product means it’s perfect for introducing you to sensation and stimulation in the area. Gently dab some of the cream onto your little pucker, and using a finger, start with caressing and teasing. And once you’re feeling ready for more, lube up to start exploring internally!

PRO TIP: Ensure those fingernails are short, and NOT sharp.

Rimming

Just a fun lil’ shout-out to eating ass. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, we get it – but once again, if you’re feeling comfortable, cleaned up, and confident, we also recommend at least considering this as another little progression in your anal journey. Plus, we know of soo many men (not just the girlies) who both secretly and not-so-secretly love a bit of salad tossing – both giving, and receiving. And you know we’re all for celebrating pleasure, in all its forms.

Toys

When you’re primed and ready to level-up on girth and sensation, we recommend getting used to toys! Our Romp Bass Vibrating Anal Plug is perfect for beginners: with a slim profile for simple and gentle entry, plus a wide base for peace of mind (no getting lost up in there, no ma’am), and 6 vibration intensities, it’s the best way to introduce gradually more intense anal play, at a pace that feels right for you. Have it in and vibrating while you play in other ways, so the next progression – penetration – starts to feel a lot more natural.

PSA: Pussy penetration while you’ve got a vibrating plug in can feel AH-MA-ZING for both you and your partner. You’re welcome x

Penetration

It’s showtime, baby. Are you ready? Are you comfortable? And most importantly… are you LUBED UP?

We cannot stress this enough: you MUST be generous with lubrication – all throughout your anal explorations, but most vitally for when you arrive at serious penetration time. As you well know, the bumhole isn’t self-lubricating like the vajay, and being insufficiently lubricated can lead to microtears and injuries – not a good time for anyone! So don’t skimp on the lube, and reapply generously as necessary. Our pjur Back Door: Relaxing Anal Glide is the perfect accompaniment to your peach play, with a specially-formulated, long-lasting silicone glide that’s been paired with jojoba extract for a relaxing effect, and maximum pleasure.

And be sure to go sloooowly, once again. Pushing your bumhole to open before you’re truly ready and relaxed is a one-way ticket to a pretty bad time.

JUST REMEMBER: This isn’t a ladder or chain of events to happen in the one sesh. The more time you take to accustom yourself to anal play, the higher the reward – mind-blowing pleasure – in the (rear) end. It’s well worth it, we promise x

How to stay safe and clean

PSA to all the girlies: PLEASE remember, no switching holes!!!!

Pussy to ass? Fine! Ass to pussy? BIG NO. Anal play can be incredible, but not so much if you’re getting cross-contaminated up in here. Change condoms, be mindful of which fingers/toys/penises have been in which hole, because it’s a delicate pH and bacterial ecosystem up in the vajay. And thrush, BV, or a UTI are no fun to have to deal with. Just lookin’ out for you, boo.

Another helpful tip if you’re worried about making a mess, is investing in something like a Splash Blanket (a little sexier than putting down an old towel, at least). That way, you can rest assured that on the off-chance a mess does occur, it can be easily dealt with. All in the name of allowing you to – that’s right – relax.

How to Aftercare

Finally, to cap it all off, caring for your hole post-play. Happie Holl’s Sore Butt Soothing Balm has got your back (and crack), with a powerhouse of soothing, rich, and anti-inflammatory ingredients to tend to your taint after you play. We definitely recommend having this one as a staple in the bathroom cupboard!

And something we’d like to stress is that there is no shame/pressure if anal sex just doesn’t work for you sometimes - especially if you’re just getting used to it. There are times when your body just isn’t feeling it, and that’s okay too. Always listen to your body, and honour what it’s telling you.

Now we’ve spread our wisdom, it’s time to spread your cheeks! Enjoy bitch x
